Zava LLP respects the privacy of its Clients and believes that each of its Client who avail or looks for any services offered by Zava LLP or in this website www.zava.company , has the right to be informed about the privacy policy that is followed by Zava LLP.
The idea of this policy is to educate the ‘Users’ as to what personal information is being captured by us and where the same is being used. It describes the principles and practices that apply to ‘Personal Information’ collected from Users of our services on our Site, in
telephone or e-mail communications.
It should be further noted that Zava LLP will not (i) collect Personal Information of the Users without their knowledge and permission; (ii) knowingly disclose the Personal Information of any User to third parties, except as provided herein. Zava LLP endeavors to take reasonable steps to protect the security of the Personal Information collected from its Users.
The Clients / Users can also register with Zava LLP in order to book services on this website and to take advantage of the customization features provided herein. However, if any User chooses not to register, he/ she can take advantage of any feature of this site where registration is not required and in such cases the information collected from the User would be limited.
Zava LLP logs the IP address of the Users in order to maintain the server, administer the Web site and track usage statistics.
The IP address of any User may vary each time they visit the site, or it may be the same, depending on whether such User access the site through an always-on type of Internet connection (e.g., cable modem, wifi or DSL), or through a dial-up connection (e.g., VSNL, MTNL etc). Either way, it would be extremely difficult for Zava LLP to identify the Users through their IP address, and Zava LLP never makes any attempt to do so.
If any User reached our site by clicking on a link or advertisement on another site, then Zava LLP also log that information. This helps Zava LLP to maximize their Internet exposure, and to understand the interests of its Users. All of this information is collected and used only in the aggregate; that is, it is entered into the database maintained by Zava LLP, where Zava LLP can use the same to generate overall reports on the site visitors, but not reports about individual visitors.
Zava LLP also places a small file known as a “cookie” on its Users’ computer’s hard drive. A cookie may contain information that allows Zava LLP to track the Users’ path through the Web site and to determine whether the User has visited the site before. However, unless the User registers with Zava LLP, such cookie contains no personally identifiable information that would allow Zava LLP to identify the User. If any User visits the site by “clicking-through” from a site operated by the partners of Zava LLP, and the User has registered with such partner, then certain information about the User, which the said User has provided to that partner may be transmitted to site. Here Zava LLP strongly advises its Users to review the Privacy Policy of the Web site from which he/she have reached the site in order to determine what information was collected and how the partner could use their information. Regardless of what information was transmitted to Zava LLP, however, Zava LLP does not the same unless the User registers on the site.
- Registered Users
All users who choose to register themselves on the site www.zava.company shall be able to do online transactions with Zava LLP subject to such facility is made available.
If anyone registers with the site, Zava LLP will collect personal information of such User in addition to the non-personal information described above. That personal information may include name, email address, mailing address, telephone number,user name and password. Zava LLP may store all or some of that information in a cookie file on the hard drive of the User, so that the site will recognize the User each time he/she visits the site. In that way, Zava LLP can save individual User preferences from visit to visit and present the User with a customized Web site, without requiring him/her to log into the site every time he/she visit. Zava LLP strongly advises its Users to review the Privacy Policy of the Web site from which he/she have reached the site in order to determine what information was collected and how the partner could use their information. Regardless of what information was transmitted to Zava LLP, however, Zava LLP retains / uses information subject to this Policy.
Further when any User purchases Products or Services for a third party using his own Member ID and password, Zava LLP will collect that third party’s name and contact information, and other information as required by the travel service provider(s), so that Zava LLP can complete the booking.
- How the personal information collected is used
Zava LLP use the personal information collected to help both Zava LLP as well the User. As mentioned above, registering with the site allows the Users to personalize the Web site so that it is most useful to them. It also allows the User to log into the site automatically each time of visit, rather than manually typing user name and password every time. By registering one can also track his/her history of transactions that he/she may have done on the site which is available in the form of a Dossier. Zava LLP may also use this information to periodically contact the Users with news or important information from Zava LLP or to request the Users’ feedback about the site. In addition to these periodic updates, Zava LLP may also email additional materials, but only if specifically requested by the User. These might include opt-in newsletters and other materials that Users proactively request.
In addition to these communications, if the Users have provided their email addresses, Zava LLP may use that personal information to transmit notifications about special offers or to inform the Users about the special deals provided by partners / associates of Zava LLP. The Users may opt-out of any or all marketing communications by clicking the link provided in any commercial e-mail sent or at any time, as well as access and update their personal information, by visiting the site.
- Disclosure of personal information
Zava LLP does not sell or rent any personal information to any third party, other than its partners, as discussed in this policy. Zava LLP may aggregate personal information from all of its users and provide that information in the aggregate to other parties, including advertisers, for marketing and promotional purposes. However, if Zava LLP does so, that information will not be in a form that will allow any third party to identify each User personally.
Zava LLP may also share some of the personally identifiable information with its subsidiaries, group and sister companies around the world that are committed to provide comprehensive array of travel packages and services to meet the travel needs of a User. Sharing this information allows Zava LLP to better understand the ways in which its various product and service offerings can assist travelers. It also enables Zava LLP to provide its Users with information about travel opportunities in which he/she might be interested. The subsidiaries, group and sister companies of Zava LLP also will comply with applicable laws governing the transmission of promotional communications, and give each User an opportunity in any such email that they send to choose not to receive such promotional e-mail messages in the future.
Users also may share their personal information with third-parties specifically engaged by Zava LLP to provide services (such as Airlines, Hotels, Ground Handlers, Insurance Companies, Product Companies and advertising agencies), in which case Zava LLP will require those parties to agree to use any such personally-identifiable data solely for the purpose of providing the specified services through Zava LLP. Zava LLP may also use the information to provide to government agencies like RBI, Banks etc as per the laws of the country. Users must appreciate that Zava LLP must cooperate with legal authorities, and may in some circumstances be required to disclose personally identifiable information in response to requests from law enforcement authorities, or in response to a subpoena or other legal process. Zava LLP doesn’t expect this to happen, but if it does, Zava LLP will provide only the information required. In other words, Zava LLP will not simply turn over the database in response to a specific legal requirement.

- Steps taken to protect the personal information
Zava LLP has implemented security procedures to help protect the personal information stored in the systems/site. For example, Zava LLP limits access to personal information about its Users to its employees who we reasonably need to come into contact with that information. Zava LLP also employ processes (such as password hashing, login auditing, and idle session termination) to protect against unauthorized access to the personal information.
- Minors
Minors (as defined under the laws of their jurisdiction or residence) are not eligible to register for, use, or Purchase the Products or Services available on the Site. Zava LLP does not knowingly collect Personal Information from any Minor, and will not use this information if it is discovered that it has been provided by a Minor.
- Retention and storage
Zava LLP will retain the Personal Information in its databases in accordance with document management, retention and destruction policy and applicable laws. This period may extend beyond the end of relationship with the User, but it will be only as long as it is necessary for Zava LLP to have sufficient information to respond to any issues that may arise later. For example, Zava LLP may need or be required to retain information to allow any User to obtain future credit against the trip purchased but cancelled subsequently. Zava LLP may also needs to retain certain information to prevent fraudulent activity; to protect Zava LLP against liability and permit Zava LLP to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that Zava LLP may sustain; or if Zava LLP believes in good faith that a law, regulation, rule or guideline requires it.;The Personal Information will be stored in secured locations, and on servers controlled by Zava LLP.
- Third Party Advertisers
Third parties advertise on the Site. However, Zava LLP do not share any Personal Information about the Users with these advertisers unless permitted by the Users to do so, which is separate from any permission provided during the Member registration process. These advertisers may seek to use cookies and pixel tags to track Session Data about the ads each User has seen and types of things in which the User appears interested. These advertisers may also use combined information about the visits of the Users to the Site and other sites in order to provide advertisements about related goods and services that may be of interest to the respective User.
When Users click on one of these advertisers’ links, the Users would be leaving the Site and entering another site. Zava LLP shall not responsible for such third party’s sites. Zava LLP cautions each User to carefully review the privacy statements of any other site he.she may visit, because those privacy statements will apply to the Users while visiting that site, and may be very different from this policy.
- Opting-Out
As part of the registration process, Zava LLP gives its Users the ability to receive via e-mail or direct messaging information about the Products and Services, updates to the Site, customized advertisements and promotions that are targeted to specific interest, such as flight specials, promotions, contests, sweepstakes and other travel opportunities available on the Site and/or sponsored by the travel service providers and advertisers. Zava LLP sends this information directly, or via third party service providers.If any User do not opt-out from receiving these communications about the Site, Zava LLP will send them to the Users. For the sake of convenience, the Site provides links to other sites. When a User clicks on one of these links, he/she are leaving our Site and entering another site. Zava LLP shall not be responsible for such third party sites as such sites are not under the control of Zava LLP. Users should carefully review the privacy statements of any other sites they visit, because those privacy statements will apply to the Users’ visit to such other sites. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the Site is at the user’s own risk. Zava LLP does not in anyway vouch or endorse the genuineness or the quality of the contents of such websites. It should not be construed that Zava LLP has any association with the operators or owners of such third party websites.
- Changes to this Privacy Policy
Zava LLP reserves the right to change this policy should Zava LLP deems it advisable to do so. If Zava LLP makes any material changes that will affect personal information it has already collected from the Users, Zava LLP will make reasonable efforts to notify the respective User of the changes and to give him/her the opportunity to amend or cancel his/her registration.
